When your solar panels are producing power you will either be exporting the power to the grid or you will be using the power to supply electricity to use within your home or business.
Self-consumption is the use of solar PV energy directly – either immediately or delayed by the use of battery storage systems.
The DC coupled option means your solar panels keep working even in a power cut.
The inverter will not work in a power cut once battery is depleted.
